1. Air
Keeping the air stay safe in the home environment is very important. Unhealthy air, full of dust, allergens, pollutants, and chemicals can cause asthma, allergies and other respiratory problems.
Notice a few things to keep the air clean.
- Dust. Be sure to clean it with a vacuum cleaner at least twice a week. When you live in areas with dry and dusty, more often is better. Dust in carpets and chairs have a big impact on health.
- Substitution of air. Changing air filters regularly performed to ensure the exchange of air in the house clean. Replace filters on air conditioning two to four times a year, for the air filter to function perfectly.

4. Cook
Teflon and nonstick cookware may be more practical and helpful cooking tasks. But, not necessarily good for health. Teflon chemicals derived from polytetrafluoroethylene (PFTE) which release toxic gases when heated.
These gases can cause cancer and other health problems. If using Teflon cooking, you should use at low temperatures. Or, choose from steel cookware or cast iron.
5. Detersive
House cleaners on the market contains many harmful chemicals. We recommend using a cleanser that is relatively safe to health, which does not contain petroleum, phosphate free, and can be recycled.
